Song that I am currently taken with: Caroline Blixen's "No Strings" (listen to it here). Maybe I just love the backing music. And I think I like the verses and bridge more than the chorus. It's pop, maybe with some R&B and electro influence, and has that edgy-in-a-mainstream-way song (maybe what I mean by that is that it has a slight club vibe).I really know absolutely nothing about her except what's on her MySpace page. Does anyone else? I'd love to know if we can expect this song to come out at any point and I'm intrigued to hear more from her. Strangely, the older comments on her page are addressed to "Bonnie & Clyde" and speak as if there were multiple (probably two) girls...was this formerly the page of a duo? I'm not sure...

I never heard her before, but I do like the song! Oh, yes, I'm loving all these new Swedish popstars. First Isabel Guzman and now Caroline Blixen!
Oh, good! And yeah, it's fantastic--there's so much to look forward to!
I actually went to the same school as her a few years ago, but I never knew she was good at singing. Anyway, as far as I know there's nothing new coming out yet. That Myspace page hasn't been updated in a while.
I find it kind of funny that one of her influences listed is NIN, that's insulting.. haha.
If I hear anything over here in Sweden I'll let you know :)
