I guess it's all right, I keep my head high

Mini-music news update, all of which happens to be Swedish related:

The video for one of BWO's upcoming two singles, "Let It Rain," will debut on Aftonbladet on August 10. I'm not so much looking forward to the video as to finally getting to hear the song, which is the supposedly more radio-friendly of the two.

With "Natalie" having been a big hit, Ola Svensson's second album is due out in mid-September, according to Aftonbladet.

And, speaking of Idol contestants, here's Danny's latest single, "If Only You," in its incarnation as a duet with Therese.

The general lack of looking at each other is sort of a strange choice for a song like this (unless it's supposed to be some deeper reflection of the disconnect the song is about), but I still love the song.

hello. I just found out about blogs in general and then your site through paul at thezapping. i saw don't stop the pop too and there is so much good pop music out there. I'm so excited about it all. It's really great to hear about this stuff that doesn't make the American charts. I'll be back. Often. Jamie.

Danny has to be the campest thing to look at on planet earth. I haven't commented this weekend which is very laxidaisical of me, but needless to say everything is very good. i too am excited for hearing the BWO single. Oh and the new AA side to Shayne Ward gets it's radio premiere tomorrow too!

Thanks, Jamie! And Paul's blog is fantastic.

...and speaking of Paul ;) I'm so excited to finally have a good version of that song! Ooo--I didn't know it was going to be on the radio--that means we can count on a radio rip appearing some time tomorrow, I hope :)
