I did notice the John Waters cameo (and Ricki Lake), though!

Ooo, yeah, Rik-key, I'll definitely add you to my links! I love the international flavor of your blog. And you've got some Greek artists! I was just saying the other day to someone that I really wanted to find some more Greek artists that I like, because I hardly know any.Poster Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07797812846936450135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30794625.post-6215181297976060642007-08-15T11:35:00.000-04:002007-08-15T11:35:00.000-04:00I agree on the original being the best. I am very happy that John (and Ricki-Lake!) makes a cameo in the musical. Typically as a flasher too.Adem With An Ehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13539798658335966794noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30794625.post-78496566460769051162007-08-14T17:11:00.000-04:002007-08-14T17:11:00.000-04:00The new hairspray is good but I'll always love the...The new hairspray is good but I'll always love the original movie. With all this talk about Zac, where's the James Marsden appreciation?

Love that song and scene--it's fantastic. Like almost the whole movie, actually (well, it slows down maybe a little in the middle for me, but beyond that).

I need to make some friends that get sent promo stuff! I really like Without Love now, even without the accompanying scenes, though you're right - lines like "let me out at the next toll" make little sense without a visual context. Come So Far is an amazing little poptune, and I really like ladies choice now. Plus Michelle Pfeiffer shimmying her way through Miss Baltimore Crabs is just too delish. I'm all for integration. It's the new frontier...
(And rar to James Marsden)!
